Jacob Cox has always been a geek. He’s a cosplayer, an amateur stage magician, a robotics hobbyist, 3D printing enthusiast, and the author of the urban fantasy novel Mr. Smith Isn’t Afraid of the Dark.
With the birth of his first child, Thomas, in May of 2017, Jacob went from “geek” to “geeky dad.” He was inspired to pass on his passion for making to his son, a passion that has grown into a mission to instruct and inspire the next generation of makers, crafters, and geeks.
